Distance Education Borrowing Services are offered to students and faculty not attending or teaching courses at the north Oshawa or downtown locations.The library reserves the right to restrict or limit participation to those residing at least 50 kilometres away from the North Oshawa Library.
To use Distance Education Borrowing Services, qualified students/faculty must register with the UOIT Libraries. Requests for registration should be submitted to email@example.com.To expedite your request please include the following information.
It is not necessary to register for Distance Education Services to access online resources.
If you qualify as a Distance Education Borrower, UOIT circulating material that is currently 'in library' will be checked out to you and mailed to your home. Normal loan periods apply. Material must be in receipt of the library by the due date or fines will incur. Non-circulating and reserve material will be photocopied and mailed to your home. Copyright restrictions apply.
If there are irregularities with requests library staff will contact you using the email address we have on record.
