In the basic search box you can search for keywords related to your topic, title and author.
In the results select a title to get more details about the book, including the call number and location, which will provide give you the location and placement of the book on the shelf.
You can also search specific fields and locations like keyword, title, author or subject, and limit your search to the entire catalogue, eBooks, or specific library locations.
In the library catalogue basic search screen you can enter keywords to search for books in the library collection.
Search for topic, author, or title
Enter your keyword and select search:
Enter your keyword. In this case 'tv', and hit search to retrieve all items with the word 'tv' in the record.
Select the title to get more information about the book:
There are 664 results with the word 'tv' in the record. Select the title for information about title location, call number and availability.
Make note of the item call number and location to find the book on the shelf:
Use the call number, highlighted on the left, to find the item on the shelf. Highlighted on the right is the location where the item can be found in the Library.
You can also search specific fields and locations.
